Overview SAP Technical Project Lead – SAP MM/PP S/4HANA – Advanced English – Remote from LATAM - Venezuela Join to apply for the SAP Technical Project Lead role at Sapindex. The selected professional will lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects, with a focus on MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules. This role requires a technical consultant with strong project leadership and advanced English communication, as all interaction is carried out in English with teams based in Sweden. Location: 100% remote from LATAM Contract Type: Freelance – Full time Adaptation to Costa Rica’s schedule and calendar Role Overview The selected professional will lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams, and guaranteeing the quality and timely delivery of project milestones. Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA technical activities across multiple streams. Act as a reference point for all topics related to MM and PP modules. Ensure proper integration with PM and related technical areas. Manage communication and alignment with international stakeholders (Sweden-based). Oversee documentation, testing, and go-live phases from a technical standpoint. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA. Proven experience in MM and PP modules (implementation, support, or rollouts). Technical background with knowledge in PM. Project leadership experience within SAP environments. Advanced English (C1) – mandatory, as all communication is conducted in English. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
