Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of business KPIs and analyze product and user behavior trends to inform strategic decisions
• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, high-performance analytical data models and architecture
• Develop strategic dashboards and analytical layers that support decision-making across multiple business areas
• Act as a data partner to key departments, helping define KPIs and drive advanced, data-informed analysis
• Ensure governance, standardization, and integration of analytics solutions within existing data pipelines
• Promote data democratization through self-service tools, automation, and internal capability building
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Tech teams to connect analytics with digital products and business goals
• Mentor the Analytics team, fostering technical growth, methodological rigor, and strong data storytelling
• Stay on top of analytics trends and tools to drive continuous innovation

Technical Requirements

• Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Solid experience in data modeling (dimensional, Data Vault, semantic layers, etc.)
• Ability to work with analytics engineering tools such as dbt, Databricks, PySpark, or BigQuery
• Experience in cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong ability to structure and conduct exploratory analyses with a strategic focus
