A T-Systems , multinacional alemã pertencente ao Grupo Deutsche Telekom, busca Application/Service Manager com bom nível de idioma inglês , para atuar de forma 100% remota.

Responsabilidades

Atuar com aplicação backend com diversos componentes e interfaces. Todas as interfaces são integradas em uma API. A área de Gerenciamento de Aplicações é responsável pelo suporte de terceiro nível. A principal tarefa do Application/Service Manager é avaliar e resolver tickets recebidos (ferramenta SNOW) de forma independente.
