This person will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics and visual content that align with our brand and marketing goals. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Visual & Brand Designer to produce engaging visuals for our website, marketing campaigns, events, and other communication materials. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity, innovation, and technical expertise to our graphic design efforts. This person will report to the VP of Business Development and work closely with the Visual & Brand Designer. They will also collaborate with product line leaders to support our various programs, including OnRamp Conference, gBETA Pre-Accelerators, gener8tor Investment Accelerators, Skills Accelerators, and our Creative Music. The Graphic Designer will contribute to the overall creative strategy and ensure the timely execution of design projects. See genius in every community. Responsibilities Create and design high-quality graphics for marketing, advertising, sales, and other communication materials. Develop imagery, charts, ads, and infographics that drive interest in our product lines. Ensure all graphics adhere to gener8tor’s brand guidelines and represent the company in the best way. Collaborate with the Visual & Brand Designer and other team members to plan and execute design projects. Support the design and maintenance of our website. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designer as needed.
