Employer Industry: AI Technology Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $190,000 Additional bonuses and commission opportunities available Dynamic work environment with a focus on technology innovation Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a rapidly expanding company Collaborate with leading industry professionals and partners Engage in a role that directly impacts customer and employee experiences through AI technology What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through sell-through and sell-with sales motions Develop and manage partnerships with ISV/Hyperscalers Microsoft throughout the technology adoption journey Structure creative pricing and financial models to maximize revenue and partner success Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to drive partner engagement and success Advocate for and spearhead demand generation and marketing initiatives with partners What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum 5+ years of experience in major account or strategic sales, particularly in technology solutions Strong familiarity with AI and ML technology, as well as B2B cloud marketplace strategies Minimum 5+ years of experience within the ISV/Hyperscalers Microsoft ecosystem Proven track record of overachievement in quota and revenue goals Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presenting to C-level executives How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with AI process-based technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar MBA or equivalent advanced degree Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs Passion for AI technology and its implications for productivity Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
