Qualifications/Background Sought
3+ years of experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a complex, enterprise environment
All aspects of user and license management across multiple Business Units including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
Monitor Automations, investigate and resolve when issues arise; Uncover causes for data quality issues, perform data hygiene/maintenance and advise how the system can be enhanced.
Work with Engineers to design, test, build, and showcase proof of concepts, data integrations, queries, automations, journeys, and reports when required
Manage SFMC SFTP access, key management, subdomain, SSL Certs
Ability to commute/relocate:
