We are looking for a Sr. People Analytics Analyst, who will use internal consultancy and analytical skills to act as a Business Partner to support the business with actionable data insights.
**TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Be a strategic consultant to senior Human Resource and business leaders to identify business issues, translate them into analytics projects and provide insights and decisions;
- Conduct high-level analyses on several topics including turnover, hiring, employee experience, external workforce trends and diversity, equity and inclusion, developing models to predict future actions (retention, quality of hires) and running statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights;
- Generate actionable and predictive insights across all areas of HR, build out analyses and scalable dashboards to Empower leaders with actionable insights to solve problems, guide business decisions and elevate organizational performance;
- Utilise expert knowledge in the use of data & evidence-based research to create benchmarks for use in Data Governance, HR and business metrics
- Communicate analyses and results, along with implications and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences to help leaders and HR professionals identify business challenges and use data analysis to influence change;
- Educate Human Resource colleagues on using data to make better people-decisions to help transform Human Resources into a data-driven organization;
- Advocate for Data Privacy and the ethical use of data.
**SO THAT TOGETHER WE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE, WE HOPE YOU HAVE...**
- BA/BS or MBA/MA/MS qualification within data science/ analytical field;
- Experienced in consulting or corporate work experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experienced with statistics and advanced analytics. For example: distributions, mean and variance, significance testing;
- Strong Data visualization skills with experience of utilising tools such as PowerBI, Tableau;

- Advanced/fluent English;
DESIRABLE
- Previous experience working with SuccessFactors / Qliksense (Desirable);
- Consulting skills, problem definition, hypothesis building, solution development and partner management skills;
- Have outstanding collaboration with the ability to work with multiple partners to accomplish goals;
- Advanced quantitative, technical, data visualization and storytelling skills;
- Strong Attention to Detail;
- Excellent Time Management Skills;
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information.
