About The Role We're looking to hire a full-time remote Solutions Architect II for Webflow-based projects. You'll be empowered to define your own work and set the technical vision for assigned projects. You'll work in Eastern Standard Time. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges at a strategic level. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into innovative and future-proof technical solutions. Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within the solution architecture discipline. Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices. Select and integrate cutting‑edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) including Webflow, React, Node.js, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Lead presentations and discussions, defending proposed solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation. Identify optimization opportunities within existing systems and propose innovative solutions. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, evaluating and integrating them into your strategy. Mentor junior Solution Architects and share expertise through internal knowledge sharing initiatives. Lead and guide technical teams to achieve project and organizational goals. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role (e.g., software development, DevOps, systems engineering). Hands‑on experience with Webflow, ReactJS, and Node.js. 3–5 years of experience in solution design and implementation, with expertise in a specific domain (e.g., cloud computing, security). Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex technical projects. Mastery of a broad range of technical skills: cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security. Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches within solution architecture. Strong communicator bridging the gap between technical and non‑technical audiences. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for web projects. Certification in solution architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified) is a plus. Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and solutions. Experience with automation and orchestration tools. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA). Strong leadership skills to influence and guide technical teams. Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
