Vem encontrar o seu projeto ideal conosco e participar da comunidade ICON Sobre a Vaga Código da vaga: A Modelo de contratação: PJ Estamos em busca de um(a) Scrum Master com sólida experiência em ambientes ágeis, capaz de atuar como ponte estratégica entre o Product Owner e os times de desenvolvimento, traduzindo demandas de negócio em ações claras e executáveis. Nosso cliente desenvolve soluções inteligentes em MDM (Mobile Device Management) e ITSM (IT Service Management), focando em excelência técnica e agilidade. O desenvolvimento envolve plataformas C#, Android e iOS, adotando práticas DevOps e metodologias ágeis para garantir entrega contínua de valor aos clientes. Requisitos e Qualificações +5 anos com ampla experiência como Scrum Master. Vivência na gestão de times multidisciplinares e projetos complexos. Capacidade de interpretar e transformar requisitos de negócio em entregáveis técnicos. Domínio em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) e práticas DevOps. Domínio com ferramentas como Azure DevOps, Jira ou similares. Atividades e Responsabilidades Facilitar as cerimônias Scrum (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective). Traduzir e desdobrar as demandas do Product Owner para o time técnico. Remover impedimentos e proteger o time de distrações externas. Promover a cultura ágil e a melhoria contínua. Fomentar práticas DevOps e integração entre desenvolvimento e operações. Diferenciais Certificações como CSM, PSM ou equivalentes são um diferencial.
