**Must Have**
- Good communication in English;
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX;
- Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service);
- Experience with a wide range of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle);
- Experience working through the entire UCD Process (User-Centered Design) using methods like sketching, storyboarding, diagramming, wireframing, prototyping, and user research;
- Deep knowledge of UX/Prototyping & Interaction Design, UI/Visual Design, Design Thinking, Information Design, Information Architecture, and Design Systems;
- Portfolio / Case Studies with recent work samples
**Nice to have**:
- Experience designing Native Apps and Responsive Web platforms
- Financial Services product design experience
- Experience integrating the Jobs-to-be-Done framework
