About the Role Hi, I’m Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. We are a fast‑growing B2C and B2B tourism brand serving runners worldwide. Marketing at Go blends analytics, creativity, and data‑driven execution. Key Responsibilities Lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, developing and executing strategies across multiple growing markets. Create and optimize email marketing flows, newsletters and automation pipelines to improve engagement and conversion. Plan, run, and scale digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms; test new channels and measure impact. Research new technologies, trends, and markets; iterate campaigns and strategies based on data. Produce case studies, explore sponsorships, and pitch ideas to expand reach to new runners, companies, and destinations. Collaborate closely with the founder and the remote team, communicating via Slack and occasional 2–3 hour weekly meetings. Desired Qualities & Qualifications Strong analytical, structured, and creative mindset. Experience with email marketing, automation, and data analysis. Track record in digital advertising and campaign performance analysis. Fast mover with a collaborative spirit and a drive to grow business and personal skills. Execution‑focused: ability to test, learn, and scale proven tactics. Comfortable working remotely, with 2–3 hours of internal meetings a week. Compensation & Contract USD 1,400 per month (25 hours per week, part‑time). Managed via Upwork. Flexible schedule; not a full‑time workload.
