Join our team as a Product Manager This role offers the perfect opportunity to lead product development and strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you\'ll drive innovation and shape exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities Lead the complete product development lifecycle from vision to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Develop strategic product roadmaps using methodologies like design thinking, Lean, or Six Sigma. Manage external vendor relationships and partnerships to enhance product capabilities. Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder presentations. Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge bases for seamless team collaboration. Qualifications Bring 5+ years in product development or project management, with 3+ years in leadership roles. Zendesk Administrator experience of Zendesk or other ticketing platform Zendesk Administrator Certification or Admin certification in other ticketing platforms Excel at leading and motivating diverse teams while managing stakeholder relationships. Are proficient with project management tools like Jira or Monday.com. Have proven experience creating product strategies that drive customer satisfaction and market success. Possess strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. Understand regulatory requirements and quality standards. Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
