We are looking for highly skilled Linux Server Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex Linux systems, public cloud infrastructure, and strong problem-solving skills. The key responsibilities of this role include: Providing level 3 support for customers, including troubleshooting service request failures, downtime extensions, and long-running incidents. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the operation and stability of our customer systems. Developing and implementing initiatives to standardize and simplify server operations. Analyzing root causes of failures and defining corrective action plans.
