About the Role: As a Brand Experience Analyst, you will support the development and execution of localized brand experience strategies, events, and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with global guidelines. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage brand assets, execute live marketing initiatives, and optimize campaigns using data analytics, with a focus on the food delivery sector. Job Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing localized brand experience strategies, events, and sponsorships aligned with global standards. Support brand asset management and help ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints. Contribute to the planning and execution of live marketing initiatives, leveraging cultural trends and seasonal opportunities. Help oversee budget planning and ensure cost-effective execution of brand initiatives. Assist in designing and managing media strategies across digital and offline channels. Collaborate with internal and external teams on creative development and campaign execution. Support the building of strategic brand partnerships, including sponsorships and IP collaborations. Use data analytics to evaluate live marketing strategies and help optimize campaign performance. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising, with expected graduation between July 2024 and July 2026. Business-level English proficiency for working in a global company and collaborating across regions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively and align diverse stakeholders. Interest or internship experience in branding, marketing, creative communications, or project management; experience in overseasmarkets, media buying, or creative development is a plus. Creative agility, open-mindedness, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to connect brand strategy to business outcomes.
