Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned expert in capacity operations to lead our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge spatiotemporal scheduling strategies.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop intelligent capacity scheduling frameworks that take into account the complexities of time and space, ensuring optimized scheduling targets for our 3PL partners.
2. Design and build resilience mechanisms to address critical supply-demand gaps, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketplace operations, schedule management, or spatiotemporal capacity management.
- Strong data-driven approach with expertise in analyzing complex data sets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
