Senior Advanced Analyst Brazil (Remote) About us : Introduction : We are seeking a Senior Advanced Analyst to join our global Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of advanced analytical solutions that inform strategic decision-making for our clients. You’ll leverage your deep technical expertise and market research experience to drive innovation, mentor junior analysts, and deliver impactful, data-driven recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate analytics professional who thrives at the intersection of data science, business strategy, and storytelling. Responsibilities : Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytical frameworks to address complex business challenges across a variety of industries. Partner with internal teams and clients to translate business objectives into analytical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Deliver high-impact storytelling and visualization, distilling complex analyses into clear narratives that influence senior stakeholders. Act as a trusted consultant, providing analytic guidance and thought leadership on market research methodologies, data interpretation, and advanced modeling. Mentor and support junior analysts, reviewing outputs, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of learning and quality. Champion automation, standardization, and innovation, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and analytical efficiency. Stay current on emerging tools, data science techniques, and market trends to continuously enhance Toluna’s analytics capabilities. Your profile : 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, advanced analytics, or market research roles. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, SPSS and / or Sawtooth. Strong command of statistical modeling, segmentation, predictive analytics, and experimental design. Proven ability to lead analytical projects from scoping to delivery, including stakeholder management and quality assurance. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex data findings into business implications. Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts or cross-functional workstreams. Must be fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus. Please submit your CV in English.
