Contract Administrator We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the operational procedure and process associated with contractual arrangements / agreements for goods and services procured by our organization. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Coordinate the intake, review and finalization of all contracts that bind the organization. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract administration. Manage and maintain records of contracts and agreements, including contract files, correspondence and meeting notes. Provide training and support to staff on contract administration procedures and best practices. Monitor and report on compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to contract administration. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5-8 years experience in an academic, healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training. Experienced with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR / DFAR) is a plus. Possession of Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Research Administrator, or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification is preferred.
