Key Responsibilities: Implement AML/CFT policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements. Conduct customer due diligence reviews according to risk-based methodologies. Support ongoing transaction monitoring and suspicious activity investigations. Requirements: Senior-level experience (min 7 years) in AML/CFT compliance; legal resident in Brazil; Proven ability to operate independently; Strong understanding of COAF, Central Bank of Brazil, and CVM regulations; Proficient in KYC/KYB and suspicious activity reporting; Excellent analytical skills, professional integrity; Fluency in Portuguese and English; Fit and proper standards: unblemished reputation, knowledge of the line of business, technical capability.
