Responsibilities- Receive and manage leads coming through the company’s channels: website, WhatsApp, chat, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess the maturity level of each opportunity.
- Forward qualified leads to the leaders of the responsible areas.
- Monitor the scheduling and progress of meetings with leads, ensuring continuity of the relationship.
- Support follow-up actions and lead warming campaigns.
- Contribute with insights and improvements to lead nurturing and conversion processes.
- Prepare monthly reports on lead intake, channel performance, and opportunity status.
- Keep the CRM up to date and use the tool as the basis for all interactions and decision-making.
MUST HAVE:
- Previous experience in SDR, pre-sales, inside sales, or related areas (minimum of 2 years).
- Solid experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Netsuite will be considered a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with analytical ability and active listening.
- Organization and a strong sense of prioritization to handle multiple leads and demands simultaneously.
- Proactive profile with a strategic and collaborative mindset.
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
