Responsibilities Architect backend systems based on best practices. Implement and iterate features quickly and tactically. Collaborate efficiently across functional teams in a fast‑paced early‑stage startup environment. Design, extend, and implement APIs. Maintain high engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics. Create engineering efficiencies via automation and development of tools. Define engineering processes for product launches and releases. Run technical interviews to grow a world‑class engineering team. Qualifications 4+ years of Node experience. Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with microservices and cloud environments. Advanced algorithmic knowledge. IT infrastructure knowledge. Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and scalable solutions. Design pattern knowledge. Experience building full applications from scratch.
