Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of a team and align priorities with strategic objectives. Coordinate marketing tasks, oversee inventory management, and provide support to cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has at least seven years of experience in executive support or operations roles, with a proven track record of managing multiple workstreams and coordinating complex projects. About This Role: As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the founder's calendar, coordinating marketing activities, and overseeing inventory management. You will also provide strategic support to the founder and clients, ensuring seamless execution of their goals. Requirements: A minimum of seven years of experience in executive support or operations roles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
