A empresa acaba de ser adquirida por uma das maiores empresas integradora de outsourcing de TI do Brasil, para entregar ainda mais valor ao segmento varejista.

O que você irá fazer no dia a dia?

  • Apoiar no fluxo de pré-vendas e vendas por meio de acompanhamento das movimentações das contas, lideranças, fatos relevantes de mercado a fim de agendar reuniões e visitas;
  • Preencher, gerenciar e monitorar o pipeline de leads e negócios usando o CRM Pipedrive;
  • Apoiar na preparação das propostas comerciais e follow ups;
  • Trabalhar de forma independente e gerenciar seu próprio trabalho, alinhado com os OKRs da área;
  • Contribuir com o crescimento e avanços da equipe, trazendo suas próprias ideias de modo a melhorar continuamente;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de Vendas, Sucesso do Cliente e Tecnologia da empresa para melhorar os produtos e serviços conforme as necessidades dos clientes.

Esperamos que você tenha:

Experiência em:

  • 2 anos comprovados como Representante de Desenvolvimento de Negócios/Vendas, Assistente Comercial, Representante Comercial ou similares;
  • Condução de tarefas operacionais desta ocupação;
  • Trabalho e comunicação em ambientes de ritmo acelerado;
  • Autogestão, priorização de atividades e gestão do tempo;
  • Construção de relacionamentos sólidos;
  • Criação e execução de apresentações.

Conhecimento em:

  • Setor de Tecnologia e Desenvolvimento de Software;
  • Técnicas de vendas (SPIN selling, Spiced, social selling, e-mail, vendas consultivas);
  • Compreensão das métricas de desempenho de vendas;
  • CRM (ex: Pipedrive);
  • MS Excel/Google Sheet (Utilização e análise de planilhas e gráficos).

Consideramos como diferenciais:

  • Experiência com vendas e/ou projetos de Tecnologia/SaaS;
  • Inglês para leitura.
