Your Missions
  • Verify materials according to documentation specifications.
  • Receive materials separated by the warehouse and transport them to the appropriate areas.
  • Paletize products during processes and send pallets for shipping.
  • Follow procedures for areas and equipment.
  • Accurately complete all process documentation.
  • Operate equipment during production processes such as weighing, manipulation, compression, blistering, packaging, and filling.
  • Operate labeling, coding, and re-capping equipment, including setup.
  • Perform sanitization of the reverse osmosis system.
  • Suggest and implement process and flow improvement ideas.
  • Wash parts and utensils used in production processes.
  • Clean, sanitize, and fumigate rooms and areas as per procedures.
  • Monitor temperature and humidity controls and record differential pressure and scale verification.
  • Collect and send samples to quality control for storage and future reference.
  • Support the production leader in developing colleagues through guidance and training.
  • Authorize line releases by properly completing documentation.
  • Monitor production schedules using spreadsheets.
  • Suggest improvements to better meet the production plan.
Your Profile
  • Complete high school education
  • Previous experience with equipment operation
  • Experience with documentation closing and entry
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
