Overview Nebius Academy engineers solutions to bridge talent gaps in Data Science, AI for professionals, Python development, and management. Our online course for experienced software developers focuses on practical use of AI tools in professional programming workflows. As the Instructor, you will lead interactive live sessions that help engineers apply AI tools critically and effectively in real-world contexts. Audience Audience: B2B clients—skilled developers in fast-paced environments seeking to improve productivity, code quality, and development speed through AI. Responsibilities Get acquainted with live training scenarios designed for AI development topics; iterate on the final scenario with the Instructional Designer Conduct live training sessions Review and incorporate learner feedback to improve session design Collaborate with curriculum team to align asynchronous and live content Communicate with students during Q&A sessions about the Capstone Project Requirements Technical Expertise: 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend or full-stack); hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Replit, Cursor); understanding of secure coding practices and AI-related risks; comfort with system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling Instructional Skills and Soft Skills: ability to break down complex ideas; live facilitation skills; familiarity with remote tools (Zoom, Miro, Slack, VSCode Live Share); excellent spoken Spanish and clear technical communication; confident, collaborative, audience-oriented; strong time management Background: proven track record in developer advocacy, tech leadership, conference participation, or mentoring; teaching or coaching developers is a plus Offer / Benefits Pay Rate: $50/hr – $90/hr (gross) Remote, hourly collaboration Free in-house training to become a great tutor and role model; improve communication tone and soft skills Opportunities to develop as a public expert Cross-cultural work experience and networking opportunities Disclosures We are unable to offer H1B sponsorship in the USA at this time.
