About the role As a Software Engineering Team Lead at Wallester, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing their work on complex projects. You will plan, organize, and direct the engineering work, ensuring on‑time completion and quality outcomes. You will collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to meet project objectives and align engineering goals with business requirements. You will also be involved in developing new processes or procedures for your team, creating training programs, updating job descriptions, or establishing performance metrics.
