This role is for a Senior/Lead iOS Engineer who will build high-quality, user-friendly iOS applications used by millions of people.

What you will do
  • Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications with a focus on high performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineers to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Work on job seeker experiences (job search, listings, applications) or employer-facing products (company profiles, branding tools).
  • Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and adoption of best practices.
  • Ensure a high level of code quality through unit testing and adherence to development standards.
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
MUST HAVES
  • 5+ years of professional experience building iOS applications, ideally within LATAM markets.
  • Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI , and Combine .
  • Proficient in applying MVVM architecture and software design patterns.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL .
  • Experience in unit testing and ensuring high code quality standards.
  • Strong eye for UI/UX design and ability to collaborate with design teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience with large-scale consumer-facing apps.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Prior experience in job platforms, marketplaces, or HRTech solutions.
