Business Intelligence Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, and other similar software. You should also be proficient in English and have strong interpersonal skills. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Map the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating the entry (app) and exit (EDI) points. Document integrations, data formats, and business rules. Define metrics and success criteria for the PoC. Create test cases and perform functional validation in the final phase. Report defects and monitor their correction with the technical team.
