This role is acting as a business developer and sales representative in the West Region, report directly to the National Sales Director of North American.

The job duties will take the prime responsibility of developing, maintaining and growing company distribution network with dealer, retailer, buying groups, sales representative firms from the pool industry. Driving the growth of pool supply channel sales and meet the sales target is the key.

It’s mandatory to have work experience in the pool or consumer electronic s industry, familiar with sales and buying process, understand the vendor’s responsibility, experienced in commercial negotiation. And the data-processing and MS Office skills are basic requirement in your daily work to preparing offer, leading commercial negotiation, generating sales report and business analysis.

A successful account manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, target-driven and result-oriented as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.


Responsibilities

  • Below are some responsibilities that regional sales manager is expected to assume:
  • Target driven and sales result-oriented. Explore, plan, execute, and manage sales leads and opportunity to meet the annual sales target.
  • Business development for new customers and channel partners, extend business in United States, Canada, and Mexico in the Pool Supply Industry.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, preparing proposal and offer, lead the commercial negotiation, delivery product training, provide after-sales support to customers by coordinating with internal team to ensure a happy customer experience.
  • Build key relationships with client’s key decision maker to ensure successful sales continuously.
  • Host, coordinate, and facilitate corporate brand events and trade shows.
  • Generate sales report, hosting internal sales meeting.


Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

  • Entrepreneur spirit, target driven and sales result-oriented with passion and energy.
  • Mandatory: Minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years sales role experience in pool supply industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Mandatory: Data processing skills, MS office, IT application.
