Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Latin America is currently recruiting a Finance Manager for the Regional Business Unit Finance organization. This position will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil (3 days on-site and 2 days remotely).
J&J Consumer Health develops and markets baby care, wound care, skin care and self-care products that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals. This role will be responsible to support the regional and local organizations working with innovation modeling, R&D, product profitability initiatives and strategic & long-term financial planning. This person will also provide financial leadership and guidance to business partners across all different areas in the region interacting with local and global teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Financial Modelling for new products development: conducts and leads financial analysis of sales, pricing, costs, gross profit, brand contribution and capital investments in connection with multiple areas aligned with global, regional and local stakeholders and business and financial strategies. Ensure company revenue and profitability growth are aligned with strategic choices and financial hurdles. Monitor and track new product launches processes. Takes a leadership role in strategic projects balancing short-term and long-term goals, driving value creation, and understanding implications of deployment. Aligns and influences key stakeholders.
- Strategic and Long-range Financial Plans: acts as financial planning leader for different businesses connecting franchises investments with a ROI mindset, market forecasts, macroeconomic projections and actual business results ensuring alignment with company strategic choices.
- Business Development: acts as regional support for activities related to acquisitions and divestitures in the region, be the key finance operational partner to global Business Development team.
- Business Support Analysis: collaborates with senior management to influence and shape business decisions taking measured risks and driving change to support long-term growth.
- Compliance: ensures adequate and compliant processes in the area influencing stakeholders. Ensures the organization complies with internal and external guidelines.
- Be the central business partner for the Regional Marketing and R&D teams, providing information and insights and leading planning and forecasting activities.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- Advanced/Fluent in English is required.
- Advanced/Fluent in Spanish is desired.
- Relevant Previous Experience in Finance is required.
- Experience in Consumer Business is desired.
- Experience with financial modelling, investments and DCF is desired.
- SAP or TM1 preferred, Microsoft Office required and Tableau Solutions desired.
