Overview Employer Industry: Medical Technology and Healthcare Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $90,000 Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for achieving or exceeding goals Flexible remote work arrangement with the requirement to travel within the assigned territory Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and tuition assistance Supportive environment for professional growth through training and mentorship Chance to contribute to meaningful innovations that improve patient lives Responsibilities Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) objectives Perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support implants post sign-off Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on CRM products and solutions Manage consignment and trunk inventory to meet customer needs Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner Qualifications High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or equivalent experience with complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across various organizational levels Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications such as SalesForce.com Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment #MedicalTechnology #HealthcareSolutions #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #SalesIncentivePlan "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
