Our Managed Technology division supplies audio, video, IT, and communication solutions for international live events, including major festivals and sporting events like Formula 1 and the Super Bowl.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the racing team in planning, preparing, and executing motorsport projects globally
• Install and maintain analog and digital voice radio systems
• Set up and operate wireless and wired communication networks
• Deploy and support small-scale IT infrastructures
• Collaborate closely with RIEDEL colleagues and Formula 1 teams on site
• Troubleshoot technical issues down to module level and prepare detailed reports
• Document all events thoroughly

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical training or equivalent education in mechatronics, electronics, IT, or communications technology
• Passion for radio, intercom, audio, and IT systems
• Experience in motorsport, broadcast, or event technology is advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic environments
• Strong project execution skills and on-site involvement
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in English
• Valid Class B driving license
