Our services encompass three divisions: Product, Managed Technology, and Riedel Networks. Our Managed Technology division supplies audio, video, IT, and communication solutions for international live events, including major festivals and sporting events like Formula 1 and the Super Bowl. Your Responsibilities Support the racing team in planning, preparing, and executing motorsport projects globally Install and maintain analog and digital voice radio systems Set up and operate wireless and wired communication networks Deploy and support small-scale IT infrastructures Collaborate closely with RIEDEL colleagues and Formula 1 teams on site Troubleshoot technical issues down to module level and prepare detailed reports Document all events thoroughly Candidate Profile Completed technical training or equivalent education in mechatronics, electronics, IT, or communications technology Passion for radio, intercom, audio, and IT systems Experience in motorsport, broadcast, or event technology is advantageous Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic environments Strong project execution skills and on-site involvement Excellent communication and customer service skills in English Valid Class B driving license What We Offer Flexible work arrangements including hybrid working models Opportunities for professional growth and training An inclusive, diverse, and open work culture Join us to develop your skills, take on responsibility, and grow professionally in an exciting environment.
