If you have a passion for identifying customer needs and communicating exciting product propositions, then this role is for you.

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Payments, will develop product marketing strategies and initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of Amazon Brazil's payment methods. The role involves working backwards from customer needs and business data to identify opportunities and create comprehensive marketing plans for credit products.

This position requires close collaboration with Product Management, UX, Business Development, PR, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders across Amazon to deliver compelling customer experiences that meet their payment needs. The candidate should think strategically, analyze data deeply, influence stakeholders, and work effectively amidst ambiguity and competing priorities. The goal is to enhance the customer experience and generate incremental business impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship)
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform improvements
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware launches
  • Experience developing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience creating product marketing strategies, including segmentation, cross-channel strategies, and content optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Experience with SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis
  • Experience using customer research, A/B testing, metrics, and data to support assumptions, forecasts, and program assessments
