Overview

Head of Product & Growth at Ruby Labs. You will own every aspect of our subscription product’s ARPU, with the main objective of a 15% quarter-over-quarter ARPU increase. Beyond revenue growth, you’ll ensure the team runs at peak efficiency and delivers valuable features and rapid product innovation.

Your leadership will cover all operations outside Marketing, giving you the autonomy to shape processes and take full responsibility for how the team functions. This role offers significant financial upside tied directly to tangible results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter as your primary KPI, taking ownership of all operational levers outside Marketing.
  • Shape the long-term vision and strategy of the product using market research, user data, and best practices to fuel continual ARPU growth.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap and backlog with a focus on revenue growth, feature delivery, and speed to market.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to implement features, improvements, and strategic initiatives that maximize monetization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end launch process for new features and product enhancements with measurable ARPU impact.
  • Establish and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations to maximize efficiency and velocity.
  • Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation to prioritize projects with the highest revenue potential.
  • Ensure alignment between product decisions, ARPU targets, and overall business goals, communicating priorities across the organization.
  • Foster a performance-driven team culture with accountability, rapid iteration, and a focus on results.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven history on subscription-based digital products.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics with quantifiable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction strategies, and lifecycle optimization for recurring revenue models.
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and experience with component-based design systems that enable monetization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using user behavior analysis, market research, and segmentation to inform decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact features at speed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Background in EdTech or assessment products.
  • Experience with premium/subscription products.
  • International market experience.
Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country may apply if they are located within approximately ±4 hours of CET for collaboration during working hours.
