Sobre a Área A área de HR Compensation é responsável pela gestão, controle e análise dos dados e estrutura de remuneração do Banco. Referência das diretrizes estratégicas de remuneração para todos os escritórios, presentes nos principais centros financeiros da América Latina (Brasil, Chile, Colômbia, México, Argentina e Peru), Estados Unidos e Europa (Portugal, Espanha, Reino Unido e Luxemburgo). No Seu Dia a Dia Elaborar e controlar o budget de RH, avaliando com cada departamento de RH a alocação adequada dos custos Acompanhar métricas e indicadores analíticos Gerenciar a estrutura de cargos e faixas salariais de acordo com a estratégia de remuneração de cada área do banco Acompanhar as tendências e melhores práticas de mercado para assegurar competitividade interna e externa por meio de benchmarks e pesquisas salariais Elaborar estudos e análises de remuneração para apoiar os gestores na tomada de decisão Esperamos De Você Formação completa, preferencialmente em Administração, RH, Psicologia ou Engenharias Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial na Faria Lima (São Paulo - SP) Experiência com ferramentas de dashboards (Power BI) Organização para lidar com alto volume de dados e demandas Postura proativa Habilidade na comunicação oral e escrita Inglês avançado Excel avançado Formação completa Benefícios Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR) Auxílio Alimentação e Refeição Plano Médico Plano Odontológico Auxílio Creche/Babá Vale Transporte WellHub TotalPass Programa de Apoio Pessoal (EAP) Planos por adesão como Previdência Privada e Seguro de Vida Desconto em Farmácia Programa de Nutrição Programa de Gestantes Licença Maternidade e Paternidade Estendida – empresa Cidadã #J-18808-Ljbffr
