Job Title Analista de desenvolvimento sistemas Company Decision group Location Home office (remote) based in Londrina – PR Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, build, and deployment of multi‑agent systems that leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP). The role involves orchestrating LLM‑driven agents, creating modular toolchains, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise‑grade research applications. Responsibilities Lead the design and integration of LLM‑driven agents and MCP‑based orchestration. Build modular toolchains and ensure seamless orchestration across applications. Implement and monitor AI pipelines using CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes. Benchmark solutions and establish guardrails. Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary research teams. Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience. 3+ years as an AI Engineer delivering production‑grade AI solutions. At least 2 end‑to‑end MCP‑based orchestration projects. Strong expertise in Python, AWS Bedrock, LangChain or similar. Solid understanding of RAG, API integration, and LLM orchestration. Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and pipeline monitoring.
