As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Growth Product Manager to join our team and help us scale our impact in the fitness industry.


Role Overview:

As a Growth Product Manager , you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization. You’ll use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver impactful results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior, funnels, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and measure success.
  • A/B Testing: Design and run experiments to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to implement growth initiatives.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and prioritize growth-focused product features and experiments.
  • Customer Focus: Leverage user feedback and data to improve the product experience and maximize value for our users.
  • Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends, growth hacking techniques, and tools to continuously improve our growth strategy.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key growth metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, churn, ARPU).


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years in product management, growth, or a related role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Experimentation Expertise: Proven experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Product Management Skills: Ability to define product requirements and manage a roadmap in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • User Focus: Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking strategies and tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or digital product business models.
  • Background in fitness, SaaS or relevant industry is a plus.
