Let's start with the roleKaizen Gaming Brazil, the local operator of the Betano brand, is seeking a Senior member of our growing treasury team This role, reporting to the Treasury Manager, is expected to bring knowledge and expertise, while contributing to the overall Treasury team in various levels. The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, in accordance with the regulatory framework, the company's investment strategy, and the provisions of its Liquidity Management Policy. On‑the‑job training regarding the online betting industry, Kaizen Group, and the regulatory and operational frameworks for Kaizen Gaming Brazil will be provided during the induction process. As a Treasury Specialist, you will : Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework and internal policy regarding the balance between customer funds and respective dedicated accounts in financial and payment institutions. Propose, coordinate, and support enhancements of respective supporting automations. Monitor the implementation of the internal Liquidity Management Policy. Propose and support amendments / improvements in accordance with regulatory provisions. Support enhancements of supporting automations. Propose and implement investment options, maximizing the utilization and yield of the available operational liquidity, while adhering to the approved budget and aligning with the company's strategy and risk appetite. Monitor Brazilian macro‑economic, political, and regulatory developments related to foreign exchange, investment instruments, and online gaming regulations. Introduce and enhance monitoring and support tools for Liquidity Risk Management. Maintain close cooperation and knowledge exchange within Treasury members. Work closely with the overall Kaizen Gaming Brazil team and especially within the Finance Division. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be considered a plus. Extensive treasury experience in a similar position (not limited to payments). Strong mathematical analysis skills (both to produce and understand). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
