**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Elaborar e validar modelos matemáticos diversos com múltiplas aplicabilidades no setor Ag Fintech (Agricultura + Financeiro + Tecnologia);
- Avaliar junto aos stakeholders o desempenho dos produtos criados por esses modelos e propor melhorias constantes;
- Desenvolver sistemas de alerta que possam refletir a realidade operacional do campo e que permita os produtores otimizarem suas práticas de manejo;
- Fazer parte do nosso time de Data Science e apoiar a equipe no desenvolvimento de modelos para diversas aplicabilidades no Agronegócio.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Mestrado ou Doutorado em área biológica com foco em modelagem e noção em agricultura, fitossanidade e/ou microbiologia;
- Conhecimento em técnicas de modelagem mecanísticas, machine learning e/ou estatística;
- Experiência com desenvolvimento e manutenção de modelos preditivos;
- Proficiência em Python e/ou R;
- Estar familiarizado com ambiente Linux;
- Inglês Avançado;

Diferenciais**:
- Conhecimento em banco de dados PostgreSQL;
- Experiência com Machine Learning;
- Experiência com versionamento de código GIT;
- Conhecimentos em uso/construção de APIs;
- Conhecimento de técnicas de visualização de dados (Dashboards);
- Estar familiarizado com análise de dados espaciais.
