- Measure, analyze, and map current business processes, identify pain points and areas of improvement, and propose optimized processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Utilize data visualization tools to create meaningful reports and dashboards for stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and validate technology solutions that align with business requirements and strategic goals. Provide input on system design, user interface, and data integration to ensure successful implementation of business processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business users, project sponsors, and IT teams. Communicate effectively and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed?**
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques such as process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and data modeling.
- Nice to haves:
