Job Responsibilities
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Deliver feedback to product management regarding enhancements that meet customer needs
  • Stay informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and automating workflows
  • Familiarity with current market trends and competitive landscape
  • Previous involvement in marketing events such as conferences and trade shows
