Monks – Content Creator Monks is seeking a Portuguese native Content Creator to join our São Paulo office. The role involves producing film‑based projects—including online commercials, social media campaigns, interactive videos, and occasional VR or 360 experiences—alongside social content, web copy, newsletters, display advertising and e‑commerce copy. Role & Responsibilities Specialize in creating digital content including landing pages, social content and display ads. Create engaging and compelling social media content. Handle large‑scale requests along with single lines of copy. Use data‑driven insights to personalise content across the entire customer journey. Contribute to improving workflows, best practices and client relationships across brands. Work with the global Monks team on local and international assignments, operating across time zones. With support from the social media team, produce, film and edit ready‑to‑post reels. Adapt creatively to data and insights shared by the social media team. Collaborate with the social media and Creative teams to share ideas, inspiration and best practices. Contribute to the strategy, vision and voice of the channel. Establish evolving best practices. Requirements Portuguese native with 3+ years of experience and at least 2 years in a creative field at an international level. Clear and compelling writing. History of high‑performing content driving attention for yourself or a brand. Knowledge of programmatic advertising and behavioural targeting to write effective, dynamic copy. Storytelling skills to write video ads that leave an impression in as little as 6 seconds. Ability to produce quality content from briefs or clean air. Creative with critical thinking; analytical approach to complex content and marketing strategies. Comfortable and capable of presenting work to clients and rationalising decisions. Open to give and receive critique constructively. Exceptional attention to detail – typos and inconsistencies eliminated. Ability to work at any stage of a project under tight deadlines. Personal responsibility and willingness to go the extra mile. Deep understanding of social media ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines and platform updates. Passion for creating compelling brand stories. Proficient in Google Suite (including Google‑Drive). Experience leading production teams and/or contractors locally and remotely.
