We are now assisting a U.S.-based company in expanding their product team with a UX Engineer / Front-end Engineer (React.js ).

Design, implement, and maintain React.js software components with a strong focus on usability and user experience.

Collaborate with Product Managers to align product requirements, anticipate risks, and propose scalable solutions.

Communicate with diverse stakeholders (PMs, developers, and end-users) to ensure visibility into product quality and progress.

Participate in code reviews , supporting best practices and identifying potential quality issues.

Identify, document, and track software defects, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.

• Solid experience with React.js and UX practices.
• Strong background in software quality (testing, documentation, defect analysis).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams .
• English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).

• Experience in UX /UI environments, directly collaborating on usability and design projects.
• Previous work in digital agencies or design-focused consultancies .

• Collaborative mindset, oriented toward quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
