The ASIN Journey team at Amazon Brazil is looking for a highly motivated, talented and data-driven Program Manager to support our Brand Protection Program and help Selling Partners and internal teams navigate the steps to ensure Brand Registry governance and to implement user education on the topic.

This role serves as the primary gatekeeper for the BR Retail Brand Registry process, focusing on vendor education, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Break down complex Brand Protection problems to address Retail teams pain points;
  • Manage and validate Brand Representative assignments through the required governance audits;
  • Ensure Brand Protection coverage over new Selling Partner accounts;
  • Ensure data quality of Brand Registry information;
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between teams and curate educational outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Program or project management experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing;
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas);
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read);
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL;
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents;
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
