What you'll do Drive overall business expansion across the Brazil region, setting strategies and delivering measurable growth. Oversee business development, marketing, and operations with a deep understanding of growth levers to boost user acquisition and trading activity. Operate as a true business owner—design new initiatives to elevate operational excellence, refine the local business model, and execute plans end-to-end. Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing local team, determining hiring needs and shaping the long‑term market strategy. Manage budgeting, P&L performance, and financial goals to meet user and trading volume targets. Lead major local marketing efforts, including partnership development and the execution of key events. Serve as the company's representative at local events, in media engagements, and in communications with external stakeholders. What you'll need A minimum of 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in a comparable leadership role. Exceptional interpersonal abilities and proven leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. A strong passion for the cryptocurrency space.
