Responsibilities Work on SAP ECC Support / enhancement for SAP SD Functional Modules Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs. Ability to troubleshoot the issues, change the configuration, create new configuration Develop functional specifications for custom development objects and coordinate with technical teams (SAP ABAP) to ensure successful implementation Collaborate with other SAP functional teams, such as PP, MM, and FI/CO, to ensure end-to-end process integration Interact at all levels of clients' organizations. Strong analytical verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Qualifications/Nice to have Advance English / Spanish (Global Team) Good expertise in SAP SD Functional area with LATAM localization Must have experience in production support in OTC cycle and worked on scenarios and concepts like Schedule Agreements, STO, Third party, Retro billing, interfaces (third party issue), etc., with teamwork on Critical & Priority Issues and on-time delivery Must have experience with customization / localization for Brazil Experience in analyzing the technology environment and ability to create Solution Prototypes Good knowledge on Guepardo Addon Experience with Interfaces & IDOC and Batch monitoring & managing activities Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, or related field SAP SD certification. Recommended SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Sales Experience in configuring and implementing SAP-Sales and Distribution Module based on client requirements; presenting and participating in client-facing meetings like requirement gatherings and status calls; good customer management skills Worked on Interfaces & IDOC and Batch monitoring & managing activities (duplicate item removed) Application notes Please attach resume in English What do we offer?
