Ruby on Rails Developer at BairesDev Being a Ruby on Rails Senior Developer in our Development Team is like being a full-time problem solver. We expect your abilities to be a combination of experience, knowledge, and independence. Innovation is at the heart of the BairesDev strategy, so if you are willing to tackle complex tasks and master your tech stack, Ruby on Rails, you could be one of the unique candidates we\'re looking for. You will face numerous technical challenges, so you must use current technologies and engage with web applications, mobile, devices, etc. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop modern web applications for multiple mobile and desktop devices with attention to responsive design and varying screen resolutions and sizes. Execute all phases of the systems engineering process. Plan, process and perform all jobs efficiently with minimal supervision. Maintain consistency throughout the product. Document code consistently throughout the development process. Provide technical documentation for design, implementation and testing. Qualifications5+ years of experience working with RoR. Experience using ES2015 (ES6 / ES7). Experience with command lines, APIs, and client-side performance. Familiar with basic programming concepts, data structures, types of variables and idiosyncrasies. Advanced English level. Benefits100% remote work (from anywhere).
