Join a GoTo product team and play a key role in transforming the workplace for millions of users worldwide—your work will truly make a difference**Your Day to Day****As a Product Owner you would be working on**:**Product vision** - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the go-to-market motions of our voice platform.**Product requirements** - Collaborate closely with Contact Center and our GoTo product teams stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.**Product Analysis** - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in the UC space (Voice features, Reporting, APIs).**Product performance** - Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and utilize key metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.**What We’re Looking For****As a Product Owner, your background will look like*** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.* Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on VoIP platform and relevant features* Strong understanding of development processes and methodologies, particularly in an Agile environment.* Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.* Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing product backlogs.* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.* Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to work closely with designers to create compelling user experiences.* Knowledge of the SIP protocol and related technologies is highly desirable.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.**What We Offer**At GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
