• Self-energy and motivation to inspire people are highly appreciated by this individual, using speed and enough sense of urgency to act on topics related to customs matters.
• A people leader has demonstrated a growth and learning mindset in him/herself and encourages it in others. A professional that also has failed, but overcame difficulties and learned from mistakes.
• An innovator stimulates and develops new initiatives with a customer mindset and internal/external players. The ability to lead the change processes is crucial to driving innovation in our industry, with a reasonable risk appetite.
• A person with a passion for financials and analytics, as main drivers, to manage the total portfolio, based on facts to continuously improve the way of working.
• Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, and other related areas, fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. A lifelong learner, open to learning on a daily basis with a cross-functional mindset.
