What we need you to do for us:_**
- Manage our campaigns in Google display, search, Youtube, and Facebook Ads.
- We wanna try some new platforms such as Twitter, Linkedin, and Pinterest, and we need your skills and knowledge for that.
- Manage our budget for campaigns strategically, in a data-driven way.
- Match our campaign creation and placements with our brand goals and personas.
- Adjust our audience accordingly.
- Write amazing briefings for campaign creatives.
- Use our Canva Premium to create designs for our campaigns, if needed.
- Report your results in a clear and concise way.
- Support our social media coordinator with content creation for our Social media channels.

Skills we are looking for:_**
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with excellent written skills
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience with campaign management and media buying.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics, and other measurement tools.
- A data-driven approach to creative problem-solving and scaling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at prioritizing tasks.
- Self-management skills.
- Preferable experience with remote teamwork.
- Good copywriting skills for paid ads in campaigns.
- If you are fluent in Spanish, this is a giant plus.
