About The Role We are seeking a Web Developer (Webflow) to join the team full-time. This person will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s online presence to deliver a smooth and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of front-end development, and hands‑on experience working with Webflow and related web technologies. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages. Implement new features and improve existing site functionality for better performance and user experience. Ensure all pages are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility. Manage integrations with third-party tools such as CRM systems, analytics, and automation platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website uptime and reliability. Stay current with industry trends and recommend new tools or improvements. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Web Developer or similar role. Proven experience designing and developing in Webflow (portfolio required). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with SEO best practices, site performance optimization, and responsive design. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment. Nice to Have Experience with Zapier, HubSpot, or similar integrations. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Understanding of eCommerce platforms or CMS systems.
